(CNN) — The Dutch man suspected in the 2005 disappearance of Natalee Holloway has sued the Chilean government for more than $13 million, alleging his human rights were violated when Chile extradited him last year to Peru to face charges in the death of a Peruvian woman.

“The lawsuit is against the Chilean government, for having violated Joran van der Sloot’s basic human rights,” his Peruvian lawyer Aldo Cotrina told In Session. The suit was filed September 4 with the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights in Washington.

The judicial system should put the Commander and Chief as the administrator of justice for these reprobate, perverted, immoral, low life scum bags.

In the old west when this country was new and in its infancy the citizens had a lot more sense than they do today. Judge Roy Bean would sit behind a plank supported by two wine barrels in a local smoke filled saloon and hold court. It was for the most part a swift justice and lot less complicated than it is today.

Judge: “Sir how do you plead”.

Prisoner: “Not guilty”

Judge: “That is not the way I see it boy. I find you guilty”. Sherriff that this dog turd out in back and hang him”!

Prisoner: Judge, you mean to tell me I don’t get 20 years on death row, watching TV, lifting weights, becoming a jail house lawyer, find a lifelong companion, eat better than I ever had in my life, sleep in a real bed and not under a bridge”?

Judge: “Where do you think you are BOY, in the future of this great country we live in where the lawyers and judges have our legal system so screwed up that we reward low lifes like you with a 20 years paid in full vacation”?

Judge: “Sherriff, go do what we good citizens pay you for”.

Sherriff: “It will be my pleasure your honor”.

Just as an example. Here at “The Mistake on The Lake” we had or unfortunately still have a piece of whale crap named Anthony Sowell.

Anthony Edward Sowell (born August 19, 1959) is an American serial killer, identified in press reports as the “Cleveland Strangler”. He was arrested in October 2009 as a suspect in the murders of eleven women whose bodies were discovered at his Cleveland, Ohio, duplex at 12205 Imperial Avenue, located in the Mt. Pleasant neighborhood.

Sowell was charged with 85 counts of murder, rape, and kidnapping; he pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity but later changed his plea to simply “not guilty”.[2] On July 22, 2011, he was convicted on all but two counts against him, including the murders of the eleven women whose bodies were found in his house in 2009. On August 10, jurors recommended the death penalty for Sowell.[3] On August 12, Judge Dick Ambrose upheld the jury’s recommendation.[4]

I am ashamed to say this pig and putrid excuse for human being was former Marine.

He and his shyster attorneys had the balls to plead not guilty.

The not guilty plea is afforded to all citizens of the USA. I do agree that the plea should be available to all people but when the evidence is so overwhelming Judge Roy Bean should be called into to officiate.

DNA is probably one of the foremost inventions (finds) mankind has ever achieved. When is proven beyond any reasonable doubt that whomevers DNA shows up on a crime scene where it does not belong, that person should be found automatically guilty with no exceptions and save the tax payers a lot of time and money we don’t have.

Getting back to the slime bag from Holland; this boy should “pass go, don’t collect $200.00 and go straight to the gallows.

Not only did he kill these poor girls and that are the ones we know about, now he is suing because he feels he was unfairly extradited.

Where is the justice for the victims and their grieving families? In every one of these absolute guilty cases I would volunteer to pull the trip lever and then go out and buy a capicola and salami sandwich with hot peppers and some hot Di Jon mustard and then go take a two hour nap.

If some of the ridiculous laws were corrected and made reasonable, some of these convicts would get a taste of what they gave their victims. For the most part in these rape and murder trials the defense lawyers are trying to make the victim out to be the villans instead of the perpetrator.

In Anthony Sowell’s house there were ladies bodies buried in the basement floor, behind walls and in his back yard, yet this animal was allowed to plead not guilty. His DNA was all over the place.

I really don’t know how these lawyers that defend these sleaze bags go to sleep at night. I guess it is a lot easier while they are sitting at the edge of their beds counting all the money the screwed the system out of. No that is what there a law should be against.
