Jon Corzine to tell House panel he doesn’t know where customers’ money went

Washington Post: Jon S. Corzine, the former U.S. senator and New Jersey governor who presided over the collapse of the commodities brokerage MF Global, says he cannot explain what happened to “many hundreds of millions of dollars” that the firm was holding for customers.

In testimony prepared for delivery to Congress on Thursday, Corzine says he was “stunned” to learn shortly before the firm sought bankruptcy protection at the end of October that MF Global could not account for the money.

This is where water boarding should be used to get all of these crooks to spill their guts on what they did with the loot. Maybe we should also bring back some of the medieval tortures that the Catholics used to get information from their enemies.

Torture is the act of inflicting severe pain (whether physical or psychological) as a means of punishment, revenge, forcing information or a confession, or simply as an act of cruelty. Throughout history, torture has often been used as a method of political re-education, interrogation, punishment, and coercion. In addition to state-sponsored torture, individuals or groups may be motivated to inflict torture on others for similar reasons to those of a state; however, the motive for torture can also be for the sadistic gratification of the torturer.

So what? If that is what it takes to make these canaries sing, let’s bring it back. We can go dig up some of those old professional joint busting Catholics, have them tie a few of these “silent scavengers” to the plank, get out the chains and the “come alongs” and in minutes we can have all the answers to where the funds are stashed.

If they really don’t know, which is doubtful or they are that hardened that they won’t talk, there will be a lot of “taller execs” in our midst. Their tailors will like the idea when they have to buy new suits.

The primary reason they get away with their shenanigans is because the government lets them. No consequences.

It is an insult to any ones intelligence that these outlaws really think that anyone believes their pack of lies.

Get the bucket of water filled and the guy with the mask on to pull on that crank.

It is time to sing.
