Italian Black Cat Inherits Impressive £8.5m Fortune

In just four years, Tommaso has gone from living on the streets of Rome to becoming a property tycoon with a £8.5m fortune. Not bad when you consider he’s a cat.

Tommaso is one lucky dog. He went from eating discarded lasagna out of a garbage can from a Trattoria in Rome to eating caviar off of solid gold dinnerware.

Being that it is against Roman law for a pet to inherit soldi (surprised by that), his nurse Stefania has been designated by the courts to be the executor of the kitty’s mouse money.

If I were Tommaso; I would hire some other feline to taste his food before he eats it. We cannot be too careful when there is that kind of Euro entrusted to a human.

Living in the streets of Rome, Tommaso has probably used up 4 or 5 of his lives already. We want him around for awhile so he can pussy foot around the clubs in Rome and share some of his good fortune with some of his other alley pals.
