The English butler is in demand by super-rich Chinese clients as wealth shifts from West to East, according to a report published in China Daily. Partly as a result, the Guild of Professional English Butlers has trained 20 per cent more people this year than last.

Instead of the Chinese working as servants of the British; the worm has turned and the people with the stiff upper lip are working for the people who eat with sticks. No disrespect intended.

Some of the more élite domestic dominaters can earn as much as 150,000 Euro a year. Now that is not egg foo young.
