Okla. mom Sarah McKinley won’t face charges for shooting intruder:

Sarah McKinley, 18, asked a Grady County dispatcher for permission to shoot the intruder at her Blanchard mobile home.

“I’ve got two guns in my hand. Is it OK to shoot him if he comes in this door?” McKinley asked the dispatcher.

It is about time we get some judges with a half a brain.

Good for her. I am sure it took a lot of courage for this young mother to pull the trigger but it was either her and her babies lives or the two scum bags trying to break into her house.

There should be more “civil justice” like this. It would save the tax payers a lot of money, eliminate overcrowded jails and insure that low life’s like these two won’t walk the streets again and be a threat to society.

This poor lady didn’t have enough troubles in her life. Her husband died about a week earlier on Christmas Day after being hospitalized with complications from lung cancer.
