Is there no end to how the senate and congress are deceiving the American public?

These “under privileged children” passed a law years back allowing them “inside information” on stock transactions and other sensitive material. This very action is against the law for the little people and some have gone to jail for it. Valuable material such as this gives them a heads up on IPO’s and other beneficial information before the general public receives it. What warrants these pampered politicians to get special privileges that the rest of the tax paying Americans can’t get? The list of their deceptions is endless.

Now that this issue has been made public the prez is supposed to be taking a “look” at it; only after they have made billions of dollars doing what is against the law for Mr. and Mrs. America.

Their motto is “don’t do what I do, do what I say”.

Why does a person spend 5 – 6 – 10 – 15 million dollars or more campaigning  for a job that pays $174,000.00 a year. Two answers; ego and inside information. There is not one of them that leaves office that is not a multi-millionaire.

Example: Let’s say there is a new section of a freeway going to be built on a property that is worthless. Inside information. They buy it or have someone close to them buy it years before the construction begins. All of a sudden the value of this property sky rockets. Just one example. The average Joe goes to jail for what the crooks are doing legally because they passed a law that allows them to get away with it.

To rub salt in the wound; they only pay 15% tax on their investment gains; even if they are in the 40% or higher tax bracket; that is if they don’t find a legal loop hole to circumvent that as well.

The best part of this whole scenario is; these good old boys and gals kept this dirty little secret under the covers for quite some time or let’s say they didn’t talk about it. Were they ashamed of their underhanded dealings?

The current salary for these mollycoddled members is $ 174,000.00 a year. That is the grunt; a new guy that was just elected. The higher echelon bandits are paid even more. They can retire at 50 years old. They can vote themselves pay raises. How nice is that? They have reduced prices in the PX (Post Exchange) where they shop. God forbid they would have to pay full price for anything they buy. After all they have been stealing from the American public for years by their lack of motivation and ambition; why change now?

They do not have the same health care we do or the same retire plans; it is not good enough for them. Disgraceful is not a strong enough word to describe these people.

I don’t think that anyone would begrudge these high paid hooligans any of their perks if they just did what they were elected to do; get this country back on it’s feet and quit giving our tax dollars to people, corporations and countries that either hate the USA or misuse what they are given.

They remind me of a guy I once knew that ate steak while his kids ate liver. They show be ashamed of themselves; but I bet they are not.

O-Bomb-O talks about reform; they should start from the very top and work their way down. If some of the American people have to eat liver so should the Washington Waco’s.

Let the DC pack start to feel the pinch the way the people they represent have and I bet they would get off their babied behinds and start looking out for the citizens of our country instead of worry about what is good for their “party”. I think that one word says it all; PARTY.

The whole thing in a nut shell is; they think they are above the law; that is because they write it. I thought that was called Communism??
