After riots give way to murder, US restates its commitment to Afghanistan:

Is it about time that we get some firm commitments from the Afghan government as to what loyalty they are going to show the USA after all of the time, effort, expense and loss of life it has cost us to try and defend them against themselves?

These people that we are literally bleeding to death for to defend them are killing our troops and other allies because someone mistakenly burned some prayer books. It is not the end of the world fellas. Just another excuse for them to show their appreciation to the United States of America.

Definite guide lines should be set up as to what their role is in trying to civilize their country with our help. If these parameters are not met the USA should pull out of Afghanistan immediately.

My personal choice would be to pull out ASAP.

The reason the top US diplomats are giving to keep our commitment to staying on is, they feel if we pull out now the Taliban is going to take over the country in short order.

What is the difference, now or later? I don’t care how long the United States stays in Afghanistan to protect them; as soon as we leave, if it is next week or next year  the structure is going to fall apart in no time. Look what has happening to Iraq when we left.

Remember what I have been saying; “don’t go where you don’t belong”.

Can you imagine you inviting someone to your home for dinner; your wife cooked for a week in preparation; it cost you a fortune for the food. Midway during the dinner your guests tells you how bad the food is; spits the food all over the table and into your wife’s face; tell your wife she is a terrible cook and on their way out the door the guy kicks you in your nuts.  Than to put the icing on the cake, they put  a hit out on your kids because your dog pissed on their shoes. Does that sound familiar??
