It is always about the money and the power

MOSCOW – Several thousand people protested Monday night against Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and his party, which won the largest share of a parliamentary election that observers said, was rigged.

Even compared to the 2007 elections, violations by the authorities and the government bodies that actually control the work of all election organizations at all levels, from local to central, were so obvious and so brazen,” said Yevgeny Dorovin, a member of the party’s central committee.

Talk about a chess match. No wonder the game is popular in Russia. Your move Comrade.

You take the Commie out of Russia but you can’t take Russian out of the Commie!

The Hammer and Cycle that was used as Russia’s symbol for many years had a special purpose in mind when it was designed. If the citizens didn’t tow the line, they are first hit in the head with the hammer and then chopped up with the cycle.

Russian Premier Vladimir Putin may be able to insulate himself from his first election setback by shifting the blame to President Dmitry Medvedev, said political scientists and economists from Moscow to London.

Putin is likely to hold his end of the deal and appoint Medvedev as his prime minister once he finalizes his return to the Kremlin,” she said. “But Medvedev’s term in the prime minister’s office is unlikely to be long,”

We thought that politics in the USA were corrupt and shady. The Russia politicians make the American politicians look like pre-school kids.

All of these Siberian Huskies better understand; when the snow clears there is only going to be one winner in the contest and that is the Judo expert. He is going to throw all of them for a loop.
