I really believe that if was not for Dick Cheney, George W. would have never invaded Iraq; as a result, in the long run has kept the USA in a combat mode for over 11 years now and teetering the country on the verge of bankruptcy.
I don’t wish anyone bad luck when it comes to their health; but I find it extremely hard to feel sorry for a person that has lived such clandestine, money driven, power motivated life style at other people expense.
Based on the interviews I have seen Cheney give; he shows no remorse for any of the back-handed dealings he has pulled off.
Anyone like Cheney that can deny with a straight face the fact that his executive position as CEO of Halliburton had no bearing on Halliburton receiving hundreds of billions of “no-competitive” bids during Iraq from the government is ludicrous. He reminds me of one of the coldest hearted people on the planet.
So Dick; good luck with your new ticker. I hope the person you received it from had a more sympathetic heart than you did.
