Obama posts big cash advantage over Romney:

Is this what an election is supposed to be all about; who can out spend their opponent and buy their way into office? If so it is a sad commentary for our country.

It has been speculated that Obama is going to spend upwards of a billion dollars to buy his way back into the White House. Is that nuts or what?

One of the most important questions is; how do the people that buy their way into office repay their donors? It is a simple answer. The donors get special favors, inside information, their relatives get special jobs in government and other perks that non-donors do not receive, appointments to prestigious offices in the government and any other favors the recipient of the funds can bestow to show their appreciation.

We have to remember what the “cotton picking president” said when he was in office, “there are no free lunches”. There is going to be a pay-back one way or another.

In all fairness to B.O. he is not the only person in government that is an abuser of this system; he just happens to be the biggest.

Let us not forget that in 2008 B.O. was the guy that was against the PAC’s, excepting donations from lobbyist and other outside groups. A quote right from the horse’s mouth “We don’t take a dime from D.C. lobbyists or special-interest PACs — never have and never will”.

Now that it is to his advantage to be on the receiving side he suddenly has a change of heart. This action typifies politics and politicians. They can’t remember their last lie.
