Medium rare George

Obama’s connection to La La Land:

As we all know Hollywood (AKA La La Land) for decades has allowed most of its residence/actors to live in a fantasy world.

They cannot separate reality from fiction. I really think this is why a vast majority of them support people like Obama because they don’t have to deal with the same social issues that the prez is pushing. It may be that they want to be with the “In Crowd” and not labeled as prejudice. That is not fashionable these days.

It sort of reminds me of the Kennedy family when they were pushing a lot of social issues including busing. What did they care about busing when the majority of their “tribe” didn’t go to public schools? They didn’t have to get up 6 hours earlier to take a bus 30 miles from their castle. They didn’t have to deal with that, it was only for the commoners.

George Clooney just threw a fund raiser at his pad for Obama and in one night generated a whopping $ 15,000,000.00 in campaign pledges. It didn’t take too long to organize that gathering.

If Obama and the rest of the pack can raise $ 15,000,000.00 in one night at an in-house Bar-B-Q, just think what he could do, if he wanted to try and help out the USA in its financial dilemma by rounded up all of the major corporations heads in the USA and put together a workable plan to get the country back on its feet.

Give these companies some incentives to create jobs instead of penalizing them and chasing them off shore.

I would be relatively sure that the vast majority of these companies would co-operate if they felt that the prez was on the up and up. It is a fact that socialism does not work in the United States.

Create jobs, people work, they spend money, they pay taxes and we keep the companies that once made our country great on their home turf.

Let us not forget to implement the flat tax so we don’t have any “skaters”.

Back to the buffet. I can bet my last stick of pepperoni that most of the high rollers that attended the dinner that cost 5 G’s a plate can not understand what it is like for most of the people that live in the real world. How can they empathize with the “common citizen”?

I wonder what they served for 5 thousand dollars a plate? Surf and turf in some of the better restaurants in the country is under $ 100.00. It must be the imported shrimp cocktail that was pricey.

Georgey Boy only put this shin-dig together after BO allegedly changed his mind about his stance on gay marriages. I still say that was absolutely a political move on the prez’s part to get the votes.

Can Clooney and the rest of his clan be that naive to believe that BO really had a change of heart? I still have that swamp land in Florida.

How many of the people that attend these types of parties really have to deal with realism in their everyday lives? The don’t have the same health care plans that average citizen does, do not send their kids to public schools, they are not slinging burgers for
$ 7.25 an hour, getting their medications through normal channels, if you know what I mean and for the most part live in a dream world.

I am not criticizing the way the upper crust live. I feel if you honestly work hard and are successful you should indulge yourself. What I do object to is, these types of people attempting to oversee and regulate the way normal citizens’ live their lives and as a necessity have to deal with everyday issues that the big guys don’t.

It is very easy for the general to sit on top of the hill and yell “charge” when he doesn’t ever make a move and never has to take his sword out of the scabbard.

If Obama did 25% of what he promised in 2008 I would applauded the man. The fact of the matter is he has not.

Why would any president of any country sit on the issues for 3 years before they made their move toward improvements? The whole thing in a nut shell is summed up in one word, VOTES . That is criminal.

It is too bad that the majority of the people in this country are like a bunch of sheep. They will follow without question. When the first sheep jumps off of the mountain, the rest will follow.

The only way anyone should come to their determination about the person they are going to vote for in November is by the person’s track record.

It is pathetic to say, there really isn’t anyone running that has a stellar background but Obama has proven by his actions or lack of, that he is not a “doer” but an “excellent talker”.

Forget all of the hypocritical dialog that has been stuffed down the American peoples throat for the last 3 plus years and put someone in the White House that is going to shake things up and move the country forward. We are absolutely moving in the opposite direction rapidly; something the people in La La Land do not see or have to deal with.
