Vying for Commander-in-Chief: 2 Men Who Never Served:

Having a man who has never served in the military run our country or serve as the Commander-in-Chief is almost like assigning a brain surgeon to a gold mine 2,000 feet deep in the earth running a mining machine. They have never seen the machine before, don’t know what it’s functions are and have no firsthand knowledge of what it takes to run the machine; they only know what the book says and what someone tells them. As we know from history and past experiences “advisers” are not always the brightest star in the sky.

It sort of frosts my “testicoli” when I watch our current prez salute the Marines when he is disembarking the chopper. As we would say in the Corps “he hasn’t earned that right”; “he ain’t salty enough”.

I personally think that it should be mandatory for ever man and women in our country to serve at least 2 years in the military for the discipline and exposure to the rest of the world.

Secondly: it would toughen up some of these cream puffs we have in our society today that can’t fit in their desk in school because they are so obese.

In Israel  it is mandatory that men serve 3 years and women serve 2 years military duty. They turn out some of the most capable and disciplined soldiers on the planet.

It is what it is but that doesn’t mean we have to like it.

Our country and the world are evolving every day; some changes are good but there are an equal amount that are not.
