Egypt’s Hosni Mubarak sentenced to life in prison for role in killing of protesters:

Cairo (CNN) — The Cairo courtroom erupted in chaos Saturday after an Egyptian judge convicted former President Hosni Mubarak, but acquitted six of his aides, for the killing of protesters during last year’s pro-democracy uprising.

He kept the sun glasses on so no one would recognize him.

Justice sometimes is very slow in coming and happens in mysterious ways but in most cases every dog gets his day in court.

The “great dane” in this case was 84 year old former President of Egypt who finally got what was coming to him. This guy was a mass murder of a different kind. Mubarak was given a life sentence for the crimes and the murders he committed against his OWN people. A life sentence is OK but it is too bad he isn’t 18 years old so the penalty would have more significance.

Following his orders; his Army killed about 840 people and wounded 6000 during an 18 day uprising in Egypt.

This verdict should serve as an example to the rest of the nut case leaders in the sand that are categorically slaughtering their OWN people in an attempt to keep their dictatorship going.

If Mubarak got life in prison for his crimes against humanity by killing over 800 people, the hatchet man from Syria should get about 500 years in the slams for his heartless slaughter of his people. To date it is estimated that Al-Assad has killed over 20,000 people.

War is war but for “The Father” of a country to kill his own people is unconscionable. It is all about money and power.

Let’s hope that justice prevails in Syria as it has in Egypt.

Maybe at some point in time when the two murderous dictators meet at the pearly gates of wherever they are going only find out that; when the 72 virgins heard they were coming they all got out of town.

Killing is against their religion. They should spread that word among ALL of their people!!
