EXCLUSIVE: Secret Service agents partied like rock stars on Obamas’ Vineyard Vacation;

At least we can say the Secret Service members are consistent. The elite team’s digs where the SS guys stay earned the distinct title of the “Animal House” by the residence at Martha’s Vineyard one of the vacation spots for the presidents.

Local residents say wild parties, fights and late-night carousing involving Secret Service members have become commonplace in recent years at the Vineyard, a favorite getaway for the First Family and longtime destination for upper-crust members of the Northeastern political, media and business establishment.

In one respect these highly visible representatives of the government should watch their “P & Q” because of their exclusive positions in the government.

On the other hand; unless a person has served in the military or an organization like the Secret Service they would have a hard time understanding the mentality of these men and some women.

When a person is asked to or expected to put their lives on the line for any reason, without questions asked or thinking about the consequences, they have a different mindset from the ordinary Joe or Josephine citizen.

They are taught how to be rough and tumble people, fearless, courageous and hard core. Fighting and carrying on with opposite sex is part of the mentality. This is the way that they let off steam to release some of the pressures they are under. It is sometimes very difficult to switch personalities, especially where booze is involved.

Lets commend them for the great job they have done through the years and cut them a little slack.

Do they go overboard from time to time? Probably but unless a person is standing in their shoes it is very difficult to empathize with them. The just have to learn how to tone it down a little and never breach a deal they made with a hooker. It gives them a bad name.

If the SS guy that stiffed the Colombian Queen only had a crystal ball I bet he would have come up with the agreed upon price. That really opened a can of worms.
