Why contempt case against Holder may be doomed:

Just some more legal lip service called “deliberate privilege” to assist this arrogant AG to thumb his nose at Congress.

If you were to look up arrogance and egotistical in the dictionary; guess who picture would be there.

If Holder gets away with this illegal maneuver of his and he just may; I think that the entire judicial system should be overhauled and Joe Citizen be given the same privileges as this Iron Jawed abuser of the law is getting. I wonder if there can be a precedence set using this as an example?

Congress is not asking for any sensitive, world shaking material like the formula for the Neutron Bomb; they are just trying to ascertain who was the fool or fools that let the “Fast and Furious debacle persist and get out of hand the way it did.

The shield that Holder is hiding behind is referred to is “deliberative privilege.”
