GOP to Obama: You’re wrong on executive privilege:
Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Cal., chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, told ABC’s This Week, “There cannot be executive privilege over criminal cover-up or cover-up of crime.
“Lying to Congress is a crime,” Issa added. “We have every right to see documents to say, ‘did you know, when did you know, what did you know,’ including even the president.”
Who makes the determination what is and what isn’t executive privilege? Going back to John Kennedy when he said “it is my football and you are going to play the game my way”. That statement has seemed to rub off on quite a few of the politicians these days.
The boldness and arrogance of some people in high places never ceases to amaze me.
Obama is going to the wall for his appointed self-righteous attorney general claiming executive privilege and that is totally unacceptable. In his position; he can claim anything he wants to as executive privilege. Cover-up has to be the answer why Holder is not co-operating with congress. He has to be shielding his boss. Naturally Obama is going to claim executive privilege to protect Holder who is protecting him. If there isn’t anything to hide, why is he not co-operating?

November is right around the corner and Obama can’t stand too much more bad press.
Fast and Furious has really brought out the beast in Holder and demonstrates his arrogance, self-righteousness and calloused outlook on living by the laws of the land; that in his opinion only applies to the little guy. His demeanor and attitude clearly shows that he thinks he is above the law.
It must be nice for Holder and his boss to interpret the laws to benefit their particular situations; just like Super PACS. I hope that congress follows through with their intentions and puts Holder in a holding cell. He has no business being the attorney general.
I doubt if any permanent disciplinary actions will ever be taken . If so the race card has to come out at some point. Holder has no problem talking about it.
Listening to Holder it sounds like he plagiarized part of the speech from North Korea when he refers to “Our greatest president”.
In his historic speech he also talks about upholding the laws of the land. He must have a very short memory. Take a minute and listen to it.
