‘No Balls’ Now Illegal To Say To A Man In Italy, Court Rules

Talk about being over sensitive; an Italian court ruled yesterday that it is now illegal to tell a man he has no balls “non testicoli” or as the people from Campobasso say; “sanza goolunies”.

The ruling came down by the Italian Supreme Court after one cousin Vittorio uttered the phrase in a court room in the southern Italian city of Potenza to his cousin Alberto who is a justice of the peace during a heated courtroom exchange between the men.

In my humble opinion Alberto didn’t have any goolunies taking a case like that to the Supreme Court and neither did the judge for hearing it. I would call this a case of “double senza goolunies”. Whatever happened to to guy throwing hands to settle the score?

Is that all the Italian courts have on their plates is to deal with two cousins breaking balls? They ought to be sending some of those Mafioso jail for their crimes but maybe the judges don’t want to break the Mafia’s goolunies.

Being that it is a new law telling someone in Italy that they are senza goolunies, the magistrate Maurizio Fumo has not yet come up with the punishment to fit the crime but is working on it.

There is some speculation in the judicial circles that for each offense the perpetrators punishment will be getting kicked in the goolunies from each of the WAG’s (Italian female soccer players). Being that the female players are without nuts or senza goolunies t thought that it would be an appropriate punishment. The judges statement to the public was “let the punishment fit the crime if you have any goolunies”.

Now I call that justice.
