Senators press Pentagon to freeze out defense contractor over China chopper deal:

This will never happen. there are too many people in the chain of deception at are getting their palms greased.

Isn’t a move like this from United Technologies in a sense called “aiding and abetting the enemy”? Even though China is not really our enemy, they own about 60% of our country and our trade agreement with them is so one sided I would call them a political adversary; or like they say in China “an enemy of the state”.

Thank goodness there are a couple of watchdogs in DC that see the association between the Mega Corporation and China and consider their relationship is boarding on collaboration with the enemy; China’s military.

United Technologies subsidiary Pratt and Whitney Canada pleaded guilty in June to violating the 1976 Arms Export Control Act for providing the Chinese with military software, helping China develop a new attack helicopter.

The Justice Department charged that Pratt and Whitney Canada turned a “blind eye” to these regulations with the intent to secure future contracts from China for more helicopters worth $2 billion in profits.

As usual in a government reprimand; days after United got their ass chewed out and slapped on the wrist our government awarded them a huge contract for the Army and Navy for $8.5 billion to build 653 Blackhawk helicopters. Like they say in corporate America “if someone screws up enough, promote them”. Same thing.

Government records show that from October 1999 to May 2012, the company got more than 19,000 Pentagon contracts worth $30 billion.

This should be considered lobbying at its finest. Who runs the show? Are they supposed to work for the government or is the government working for them? We know the answer.

I wonder just how many Ex-politicians or their relatives have gone to work for these Mega-Corps at one time or another as a reward for their “blind eye”? There are probably rooms full of token relatives hired by these companies whose total responsibility in the company is to count paper clips.  Their annual compensations for their services are probably$100,00.00 a year; plus expenses.

Situations like this have existed ever since the caveman was pulling his wife around by her hair and will never change but they are sure putting a dent into the pocket book of the American people.

If you have the desire to make some serious money; get next to someone in DC and work out a deal with them. The more you screw up the bigger the payday is. Make sure to have a bundle of $100 bills for tips.
