Recession imminent if ‘fiscal cliff’ of tax hikes, budget cuts not averted, CBO says:

Hopefully this latest information on the nation’s economy will put another nail in the Obama coffin.

Economic pictures: Amid signs that the U.S. economy is slowing, the government released its latest jobs report Aug. 3. The Labor Department said that the U.S. added 163,000 jobs in July, but the monthly unemployment rate inched up to 8.3 percent. The contradictory pair of figures illustrates the muddled state of the economy.

For almost four years the USA is on a big train that has been speeding in reverse down the tracks and we are getting ready for another collision with the recessions grim reaper.

How many excuses can a person make? It is like a broken record that keeps playing the same sob story over and over it is always someone else’s fault.

Obama must really be getting desperate. The word is he is outspending the donations he is getting and today he came up with a new money making scheme or scam.

The program, announced by campaign officials early Thursday, will allow supporters to send contributions of less than $50 by texting “GIVE” to 62262 — which corresponds with the letters in “Obama.”

Before we know it the Obama camp is going to have guys dressed in tattered cloths standing outside of grocery stores and in shopping malls with a tin cups and begging for money.

Is anyone that naive to think his is going to read your letters? He will look like the kids do at their birthday parties ripping open the envelopes, snatching out the money and throwing the cards into the corner without looking or caring  who it is from.

This almost sounds like a desperation move.

If all of the contributors to any political campaign knew how their money was spent they would have a severe stomach ache and put a lock on their check books. These government people go first class on everything they do. There is no such thing as “flying economy” in their vocabulary.

Is it even conceivable that between Obama and Romney they are going to spend over 2 billion dollars on their campaigns?

Many years ago when we were kids my parents used to tell us “do you know there are people starving in China”? Today; do these politicians know that there are people starving in this country and they squander money the way they do?

Before long the new message from our leaders will be; just like on American Has Talent; “you can text up to 20 times with your 50.00 donation”.

The old saying is “as soon as there is a new product on the market that is made to be burglar proof, before it hits the shelves the crooks have already figured out how to crack it”.
