Man dies after live roach-eating contest in Fla.
There is an old saying that goes like this “sometime you eat the bear and sometime the bear eats you”.
We have a little different version this morning. It is called “sometime you eat the live roach and sometime the live roach eats you”.
This is exactly what happened to the famished Edward Archibald in South, Florida in a live roach eating contest.
Evidently Eddy was allergic to the one of the most repulsive creatures on earth that have plague eateries and domiciles around the world since cavemen drug the women around by the hair. His fellow masticators have all walked or crawled away unscaved.
Eddy is shown here raising his arms in victory. Little did he know that his triumph would be short lived. Those nasty little things nested in their hard shell were already busy at work showing the Eddy that they have been around a lot longer than men and are a lot more resilient.
Just like on the program “Man verses food” with Adam Richmond; Eddy Archibald challenged the roaches and the roaches won.
