South Dakota executes man for rape, death of 9-year-old girl in 1990:

It took 22 years for the State of South Dakota to take out the trash.

The piece of trash named Donald Moeller raped and murdered a nine year old girl by stabbing her and slashing her throat. What horror that little girl had to go through.

She was on her way home from the store where she bought some sugar to make lemonade when she was abducted by Moeller.

It costs the state upwards of $90,000.00 a year to keep these people that are on death row alive. That means it cost South Dakota about $ 1,980,000.00 to make life comfortable for this bum after his horrific crime.  Where is the justice for his victim?

I say these criminals should be turned over to the families of the victims and let them get their revenge.

At least the scum bag could have shaved for his going away party.
