Pepsi’s new secret weapon

Google News

Our friends at # 2 Pepsi have come out with a new twist in their soft drink to try and have the upper hand on # 1 Coke.

Pepsi has added a new “top secret” chemical to their soft drink to help the over-weight and the obese that have no will-power to lose weight.

Did anyone ever take the time to look at the ingredients on a Pepsi can? It contains the following:  carbonated water, high fructose corn syrup, caramel color, sugar, phosphoric acid, caffeine, citric acid and natural flavors. A can of Pepsi (12 fl ounces) has 41 grams of carbohydrates (all from sugar), 30 mg of sodium, 0 grams of fat, 0 grams of protein, 38 mg of caffeine and 150 calories label? That is only what they are telling the public about.

It is scary all of the junk the manufacturers put into their products to make them more palatable and addicting to the public.

Some of them are really unscrupulous like the tobacco companies years back that induced more nicotine into their cancer sticks  to make the smoker more addicted.  Now that was about as low as a company can get.  Then they have the goolunies to testify in-front of congress that smoking does not cause cancer.

Billions of pieces of chewing gum are gummed every day around the world and no one pays any attention to what ingredients are in it. See how happy the guy on the packages is!

• Sorbitol
• Gum Base
• Maltitol
• Mannitol
• Xylitol
• Artificial and ‘Natural’ Flavoring
• Acacia
• Acesulfame Potassium
• Aspartame
• BHT
• Calcium Casein Peptone-calcium Phosphate
• Candelilla Wax
• Sodium Stearate
Titanium Dioxide (so cancerous that external skin contact is enough)

A person is better of eating or drinking products that are not sugar free. What the manufacturers put into sugar free goods to make them sugar free are more harmful than regular sugared products.

Of all places, Pepsi is doing their test marketing  in Japan to see how the new diet drink goes over. That doesn’t make very much sense  for Pepsi to test a weight loss drink on some of the thinnest people on the planet.

One could almost compare what Pepsi is doing to a drug company testing steroids on the boys at “muscle beach” in Venice Beach, California.

I am waiting for a soft drink company to come out with a product that restores hair growth for all the “older jocks” in the world, including myself.
