You lost what?

Report: 6 million pounds of gunpowder improperly stored in Louisiana:

We all have hear or said at one time or another “where did I leave my glasses – where are my car keys – did anyone see my credit card I just used”?

I have never heard any say that they lost 6 million pounds of anything.

Just imagine what an 80 pound of concrete myx looks like and than multiply it by 75,000 times. That will make quite a big hump anywhere.

We all can be sure of one thing; if something can be screwed up it come from one form or another of the government that wins the blue ribbon.

These are the follow-up headlines from and explosion sight that took place two months ago:

STORY HIGHLIGHTS

• KSLA: The town of Doyline, Louisiana, remains evacuated
• The gunpowder was found during an investigation after an October 15 blast
• Police personnel and company employees are trying to safely remove the stockpile

(CNN) — A massive supply of gunpowder totaling 6 million pounds (2,700 metric tons) was found improperly stored in Louisiana’s Camp Minden, not far from where an explosion occurred two months ago, authorities said.

guyI would like one of those “Lousianians” to tell me how anyone lose 6 million pounds of anything, especially explosives!

It is a good thing that one of the more intelligent and observant locals found it or there could have been quite a big cavern in the ground if something set that pile of lost stuff off; by golley.
