Inauguration costs: Who pays?

There is a saying in Italian that the vast majority of the politicians  in DC suffer from, never heard of and could care less. It is “senza faccia” meaning without a face.

It is mind boggling that these politicians can squander the amounts of money they do, stuffing their faces and indulging in every type of luxury when there are a good portion of the American people that don’t know where their next meal is coming from.

These people are comparable to the dictators father and son team, Papa doc and Baby doc Duvalier from Haiti that lived the life of opulence  while “their subjects” living directly outside the palace gates were eating out of garbage cans.

This time around, it’s estimated $40 million will be raised for the lavish parties that draw some of the biggest money players in politics in which the president elect decided to lift the limits on contributions.  What a disgrace. These limits was made in 2008 when Obama was a novice but soon forgotten as soon as he got his feet wet.

Why do the big shots donate to these events. Remember; there are no free lunches. They will be paid back in one manner or another.

I am not singling out Obama; I am throwing stones at any politician that will behave in this fashion, have no consideration for “the people” based on the economic conditions this country is in today.

Based on what the DC destroyers are constantly shoving under the noses of the American people, I can say that they are as pathetic and have total disregard for every citizen in the USA.  How do they sleep at night??

These self-centered clowns recently had the gall to give themselves a healthy raise when millions of Americans are still unemployed.

I am surprised that the disapproval rate for congress is only 82%. The other 18% have to be relatives or are on the pad.
