Obama to Top Brass: Will you fire on American Citizens?

This was just sent to me by a friend of mine. This is either the sickest hoax ever perpetrated by anyone one or if it is true; the citizens of the United States of American have a real problem on their hands.

I did a Snope.com check and their findings were inconclusive.

Essentially what is being stated by “a supposed top US military officer” that does not want to be identified at this time is; Obama is presenting a hypothetical question or a litmus test to the troops of the United States, asking them; if in the event a command from a superior officer and or from the president for the troops to open fire on American citizens became necessary  because of civil disobedience; would the troops obey the order?

An act of this magnitude would be the biggest breach of public trust and anti-American act every in the history of our country. It is unthinkable that this would ever happen or that anyone in the high command would execute that type of order.

At this time I will not totally expressed opinion because it has not been substantiated whether this is accurate or not. For the sake of our country; I hope it is not.

If the statement is not true; the originator of this horrendous hoax should be brought to trial and dealt with as a traitor to their country and executed for attempting to start a civil war.

This is absolutely the most venomous statement or accusation anyone could possible make.

There was no-where in the video that Obama made any such statement.

It was curious to me that a Canadian is the commentator instead of an American??
