State of the Union brings out more of the ‘same old, same old’: By Tom Cohen, CNN Wed February 13, 2013:

Things don’t look very good for Obama when staunch supporters like CNN are releasing this type of information about the prez. How long can anyone dodge the truth?

The rhetoric in his report to the people had a very strong resemblance to his 2008 & 2102 campaign speeches. Same conversation on the same issues. Sooner than later there has to be some activity on those promises.

I always said if a candidate did fulfill at least 50% of the “platform promises” that they made when they campaigned they should be removed from office.  If that were the case, there would be a hell of a lot of empty office space in DC.

Personally I would think that Obama would be embarrassed getting in front of a camera and repeating the same shallow promises time after time. This guy has to a new script writer.

Somebody believes him; he got elected again.

If he wants to maintain any type of creditability, which may I say is on pretty shaky ground at the moment; he has to start making new promises and offers to the American people that he can keep. So let’s start with a few things that are doable.

This stuff should be easy:

1. A free Pa Pa John’s pizza with 5 toppings delivered to every household in the country  every Friday night. Tip not included.

2. A 12 pack of Pepsi or Coke delivered with the pizza. Personally; I like Pepsi better.

3. A monthly free drawing for 1000 tickets to a 24-7 SPYZ concerts

4. Once a month giveaway (the thing the democrats do best); 200 dozen family pack ticket bundles for an all-expenses paid at Disney World. They will have to suffer and fly economy.

5. 400 gift certificates a month for dinner at Hot Sauce William’s rib joint in Cleveland. It is in a close proximity to the Cleveland Clinic if anyone gets a bad bone or two.

6. Last but not least; an all-expense paid trip to Washington DC for 6000 American voting citizens to sit in on the senate and congressional sessions so they can see first-hand what a Chinese Fire Drill looks like.
