Jesse Jackson Jr. formally charged with conspiracy:
This guy wasn’t a petty crook; he went for the big time. He believed in the saying “go big or don’t go at all”.
Federal prosecutors today formally filed criminal charges against former Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. for misusing $750,000 in campaign funds for personal expenses to purchase everything from an expensive watch to thousands of dollars’ worth of memorabilia and fur capes for his wife.
In the process of clipping all that loot, he didn’t want to shun his lady and managed to get his “squeeze” a few trinkets to keep peace in the family. Nice ear rings.
Jackson Jr. has reached a plea deal and reportedly agreed to plead guilty to one felony count of misuse of campaign funds in exchange for a prison sentence of less than five years. Terms of the deal were that Jackson had give up his congressional seat as well as repay the misused funds. Do the criminals ever really pay back the money? I don’t know of any.
Jackson’s little lady the former Chicago Alderman Sandi Jackson, was separately charged with one count of filing false income tax returns. Like her hubby Sandi Jackson has reached an agreement with the U.S. Attorney’s Office to plead guilty to one count of tax fraud.
“She’s a blond”??? That dirty …..
In a statement to the press Ms. Jackson’s mouth piece stated “Ms. Jackson has accepted responsibility for her conduct, is deeply sorry for her actions, and looks forward to putting this matter behind her and her family”. So would I.
It always amazed me that the people that get the privilege of making plea deals are the ones with a loads of money or political connections. I could never figure that out. Helloooo!!
Jackson’s plea deal will reportedly let a federal judge determine his punishment, which may or may not include jail time. The conspiracy charge carries a maximum statutory penalty of up to five years in prison, a fine of up to $250,000 and other penalties.
It will be a wait and see situation after the gavel slams just how connected Jesse Jr. is. If I were a betting man I would say house arrest for 3 weeks, stand in the corner 4 hours a day for 2 years and no snacks before bedtime.
I will give him credit for one thing; he didn’t deny the charges for any extended period like some other people do that have been caught red handed with their hooks in the cookie jar. To me that shows a little character or a smart person that is looking for an easier exit.
Hey fellas; don’t forget “big brother” is always watching you. Keep it clean, especially when the lights are on.

Daddy will pay the fine from funds received by his own underworld activities. My question is “who is the blond”.
