Brothers blow up house while celebrating lottery win with drugs:

I am sure that everyone has heard the old saying “they couldn’t stand success”. Well these two “dummy dope head” brothers from Kansas are living proof of this cliche.

WICHITA, Kan. – Authorities say two brothers accidentally blew up their house after celebrating a $75,000 winning lottery ticket by purchasing marijuana and meth.

One of the dummy brothers was taken to a hospital and is in serious but stable condition with second-degree burns on his hands, arms and chest; the other dummy was taken to the cross bar hotel awaiting a hearing this morning.

The explosion happened after one of the dummy brothers went to the kitchen to refuel the butane torches they planned to use to light their bongs. The dumbest of the dummy brothers emptied a couple large cans of butane lighter fluid, leaking butane into the air.

Eventually the  butane vapors reached the pilot light in the furnace, causing the blast; hopefully burning up all of the 75 G’s they won.

What else would two idiots do that won 75 thousand dollars but go out, buy some dope and blow up their house. It serves them right.

We will have to give the dummy dope head brothers the dummy of the year award for their drug habit and stupidity.

This story reminds me of a series on TV years ago called the Cisco Kid. Cisco had a side kick called Poncho who was a very jovial guy but had a few boards loose in his attic.

In this one episode they were spending the night in a cabin and it was very cold. Poncho decided to build a fire in the pot belly stove to warm the place up and accidently grabbed a couple a stick of dynamite along with the kindling and threw it in the stove. You know the rest of the story.
