Ray LaHood Warns Sequester Will Cause Air Travel Delays:
Is this sequestering situation a joke or what? According to what I have been reading there is not one person who has given this destructive policy a check mark or a thumbs up.
There has not been one positive endorsement from any of the honcho’s; yet there has been little effort to circumvent it from happening.
Are they that bullheaded and stubborn that they see the country is going to be severely affected in some many way but will not put their egotistical heads together and salvage what we have left.

Were these decision makers beat up by their parents when they were kids and want to take it out on the whole country?
We can compare this sequester to someone falling overboard from a boat and drowning with 200 people standing there watching this person sucking in water and gasping for air but no one will make a move because they can’t agree on which life jacket to throw the guy. What is the end result? The poor guy drowns. Throw him something fellas!!!
That is the same thing that is happening to the USA. We are drowning while the prima-donna politicians are standing by watching.
As I have alluded to before; all they do is point the finger at the other guy and say it is their fault.
All of them should stand in front of a giant mirror and point their fingers; than see whose fault it really is.
What kind of legacy will these politicians have when they retire? What will they tell their kids and grand-children? “We were a the helm when the ship went down” or will they lie and try to put it off on their counter-stooges.

The Sequestration is a Red Herring and should not harm the economy to any great extent if done properly. The moneys cut is a small scratch that will not shed blood and bile but it will make the whole of Washington look stupid. The President et al are trying to fool the people into thinking the ship will sink. The truth is it only reduces the political costs increases the president wants to shove down the tax payer throat.
The president reduction equation iis simple. Take the future unspent money allocated to war et al and don’t spend on the war. This is called a cut. Do the same with other items in the budget. Now turn around and pass new spending in other areas that surpass the phony savings and call the whole thing a reduction of the budget. This is called creative reductions. The net change is a cost increase and it makes the president look good and everyone else look stupid.
