How did this happen they ask??

Huffington Post

Iraq War 10th Anniversary Reminds Us of The Questions We Didn’t Ask; how did we let it happen:

These were the headlines in the one of the articles on Huffington Post website today.

There is a very simple explanation that can be verbalized in a dozen words or so.

Poor leadership, arrogance, stupidity, closed mindedness, determined to go to war, greed, stubborn and I am sure a few more I can’t think of.

Of all of these adjectives the words poor leadership in our country in the past has cost the government dearly and continues to do so today. No one is held accountable or will even admit they made a mistake.

Iraq should be a good lesson to the big wigs in DC of what happens when something gets out of control and gets to the point where the problems are irreversible. I don’t know why they should have learned a lesson, they did the same thing in Viet Nam.

It is the same thing that is happening with our present administration today in many different areas; no accountability.

I have said this repeatedly “who is going to stand up and take the blame for what is happening in our country today at the end of Obama’s term? No one.

pointOn 3-16-2023 the headlines in the Huffington Post are going to read; “How did we let this happen to our country” and as like any other situations where all of the country’s leaders that are supposed to keep our government safe and sound, they will be pointing their fingers at the other fools.

The fact of the matter is and always will be “no one in government is ever held accountable”.
