Department of Education creates new six-figure job, while wielding sequester ax:

Is this “get back” or what? If something looks like a duck, smells like a duck and walks like a duck, it usually is a duck.

The sequester has cut deep into the Native Americans budgets but somehow the Obama administration sees fit to find the money to hire one of Charlie “I don’t “pay my taxes” Rangel’s protégés for a whopping $ 124,000.00 year job administer the White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for African-Americans. Educational Excellence for African-Americans??

What about Educational Excellence for other American nationalities, Polish, Jewish, Italian, Hungarian, Spanish, Oriental, German and the rest of the lot? Should there be only selected groups that are recipients of educational excellence?

If our country is supposed to be focusing on racial equality why is it that these very suspicious deals are taking place?

This is a position that didn’t exist until recently and was created specifically for David Johns. This questionable high paying position was dreamed up to study the following: “asked to identify evidence-based best practices to improve African-American student achievement from cradle to career,” according to the Department of Education.

This kind of backdoor activity has even disturbed some of Obama’s own democratic people. “It is indefensible that the first wave of reckless sequestration cuts to education will hit our most vulnerable students,” U.S. Rep. Betty McCollum, D-Minn., who co-chairs the Congressional Native American Caucus, told the newspaper.

He is doing what he wants, when he wants and how he wants without any regard from the citizens of this country except his chosen few.

This may be a backlash; when in his first term the black community stated that the new prez wasn’t doing enough for “his people”? I thought it is supposed to be about all the people not a select few.

By all appearances it looks like the Obama administration is favoring certain ethnic groups by many of their actions. There is a specific word for that.

As I have alluded to before; the president of the USA should be impartial to all races and religions in the performance of his job!!!

What kind of reaction does Obama expect from the citizens of this country when he pulls these kinds of backdoor deals? I don’t think he cares.
