New Zealand pulls troops out of Afghanistan:

It appears that our cousins “down under people” have more sense than the USA does; they are pulling all of their troops out of Afghanistan.

Even though there are only stationed 145 soldiers in central Bamiyan province since 2003, the New Zealanders decided they had enough and are pulling out. Since they have been there they have lost ten of their soldiers during the conflict.

Their withdrawal came about five months earlier than initially planned. This is more than we can say for the USA that is going to hang tough until the very end for some unknown reasons. It has to have $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ behind it.

I don’t know what the USA is waiting for; maybe one of the DC dudes has cousin that sells coffins to the government and wants to keep the business going.

The big wigs in DC have set a date of 2014 to pull the remainder of the troops out.

It is senseless being there whether there are 150 troops or 25,000. Even after the planned “withdrawal”, Obama is going to leave 10,000 troops in that forbidden place to train their troops.

Unless I am mistaken; aren’t some of the Afghan people the ones that are strapping on suicide bombs and kill our serviceman. These are the people we are over there protecting.

It is going to be very interesting to see if and when this military fiasco is ever wrapped up, which one of the politicians is going to take the rap for all of the blunders that left thousands of our military people dead, dismembered and disables? What will we have to show for it; not but a bankrupted country.
