The Blame Game is alive and healthy in DC (District of Corruption)

NSA Surveillance Program Oversight: White House, Congress Point Fingers At Each Other:

It has been my observation ever since Nancy was shacking up with Sluggo and Popeye was getting into Olive Oils’s drawers that the politicians have an open end out for never, ever taking the rap for anything that goes awry.

Revelations of massive data mining by the National Security Agency have prompted a blame game between the White House and Congress over how much responsibility each has for the program.

President Barack Obama on Friday defended his administration’s broad surveillance operations by arguing that checks and balances ensure privacy concerns were addressed. If they weren’t, he added, citizens could point the finger at Congress in addition to him.

“These programs are subject to congressional oversight and congressional reauthorization and congressional debate,” Obama said. “And if there are members of Congress who feel differently, then they should speak up.

This is all well and good mister prez but what ever happened to the placard on the president’s desk saying “the buck stops here”? Probably hidden in the corner somewhere.

I say they are all to blame and probably all in complicity trying to destroy the USA. They sure are not doing anything positive but blaming each-other and finger pointing for anything negative that happens.

They all are just like an Italian wedding. As soon as someone yells “the concrete is here” the room empties and no one is to be found.
