What an insult – shame on Forbes

Saudi Prince Sues Forbes Alleging He’s Richer Than Magazine Says He Is:

LONDON, June 7 (Reuters) – Saudi billionaire Prince Alwaleed bin Talal has sued Forbes magazine for libel in a British court, alleging its valuation of his wealth at $20 billion was short of the mark by $9.6 billion, Britain’s Guardian newspaper reported on Friday.

Talk about arrogance and sticking it out there. Until 1932 when that drill bit hit liquid gold and they began sucking oil out of the sand in the land of camel shit most of these dudes where sitting on a window ledges in a mud hut with their ass hanging out the window.

Now this guy Prince Alwaleed bin Talal is bitching and suing Forbes Magazine for underestimating his wealth by 9 billion dollars. The nerve of those Forbes people.

I wonder just how benevolent the good prince is with his 29.6 billion fortune of his?

If this frivolous lawsuit is won by his majesty and he gets a million dollar settlement, that will mean that he will be then worth $ 29,601,000,000. Does it really matter? Maybe a letter of apology with golden ink would suffice.

I just may take up a collection for his attorneys’ fees to help the guy out.

Just to demonstrate what little value some of these people have for money, a few years ago one of the prince’s cousins bought the world’s most expensive license car plates in Abu Dhabi for $ 14.3 million dollars because it was license plate No. 1.

If the “ride” the prince had cost even $ 250,000, the plate cost was 57.20 times more expensive than the car.

I wonder if he could afford a driver?
