Now as our “modern society” is getting into some uncharted  waters in life having to deal with gay couples getting divorced; I am sure that the rule books on same sex divorces will have to be written and rewritten.

In the case of two lis-be-ins splitting; which of them is going to get the nod from the judge to be kept in the life style they are accustom to as in the cases of when a women divorces her hubby?

Which one of them is going to have to pay alimony for the rest of their life?

On the either side of the coin; when two men get divorced, which one of them gets all the property and will be allowed by law to throw the other one into the streets penniless?

These issues in same sex divorces will get controversial and very sticky.

I guess that is why the world is full of  ambulance chasers to sort out these unpleasant details.

You think the kids today are screwed up with their perceptions in life, just wait.
