House proposes massive cuts to US aid, diplomacy:
The light finally went on in DC; I am shocked. Probably too little too late.
WASHINGTON (AP) — House Republicans proposed slashing billions of dollars in U.S. diplomacy and overseas aid programs Thursday in legislation that will face fierce opposition from the Obama administration and the Democratic-led Senate.
At least the Elephants have finally come to their senses; maybe but the Jackasses still have their head where the sun doesn’t shine.

The Elephants want to cut the governments spending by to $34.1 billion; mostly foreign aid to these countries that are better off than the USA is but they are expecting some tough opposition by the Jackasses. That’s $8 billion or about 20 percent lower than last year.
They are even considering cutting some of the funding to the IRS.
I still contend; by enacting a flat tax in this country; leaving about 1% of the IRS to watch the chicken coop, a phenomenal amount of money can be saved each year. Back in 2005 it cost 10 billion dollars a year to run that operation. 99% of that could be eliminated if there was a flat tax.
