If this court room drawing depicts the actual setting; I can’t not believe that the subservient  Americans’ permitted this killer to stand trial wear his beard after all of the controversy on cutting off his beard before the trial. The killers trial was postponed for months because he refused to shave off his “sacred beard”.

The key word here is too “capitulate” to the enemy. Something that the USA has a great track record of doing!

This murderer killed American soldiers on American soil and should have to comply with American rules/regulations and laws.  They don’t want to piss off the Muslim community.

If this murder’s name is Mujahedeen instead of Hasan; I wonder who his monthly pay check is made out to?

Again; in an attempt to bend over backwards for this killer, the government has been paying this guy ever since he was arrested for his crimes to the tune of  over 200,000.00 dollars. There isn’t even a remote possibility that this killer is innocent. Forget about the rules; they didn’t apply in his case.
