Australian college baseball player shot and killed by ‘bored’ Oklahoma teens:

What a waste of a young life.

Is this a chilling commentary as to what is going on in this world today or what? Idle teenagers with nothing to do, decide to kill someone randomly because they were bored.

Christopher Lane was a 22-year-old baseball player for East Central University in Oklahoma. Friday, he was killed in a completely random act, according to police.
Three teenage bums and now killers ages 15, 16 and 17 are in police custody for the slaying.

According to police Chief Danny Ford; the three killers saw Christopher going by and one of them said: ‘There’s our target,'”. “The boy who has talked to us said: ‘We were bored and didn’t have anything to do, so we decided to kill somebody.”

The killers followed Christopher in their car and shot him in the back and drove off,” Ford said.

Ford also noted that the boys said they killed Lane for “the fun of it.”

I have been an advocate of a two parent household all of my life, where for the most part kids are kept in check and their parents know who they hang around with and what they are doing most of the time. I am wondering what type of supervision these three killers had growing up? I would bet none.

The USA is surely losing control of the younger people for a lot of different reason and lack of parental supervision is one of the main causes.

I have heard numerous times in the last few years of parents smoking, shooting up or snorting dope with their kids. That is about as low as a person can get on the parenting chart. It does seem to me that there is going to be a turn-around anytime soon; it is getting worse every day.

As I have alluded to many times before; these kid killers should be tried as adults and have the book thrown at them. They absolutely knew what they were doing.
