Now that’s what I am talking about; playing by the rules!

This is why the guys that wore the wigs sat around a table 250 years ago and took so much time and effort to draft that little thing we are supposed to live by called the “Rules and regulation of the USA” or commonly known as the Constitution.

Always give credit where it is due and tonight 8-31-13 Obama gets two thumbs up for being a team player; as long as he abides by congress’s decision.

Honestly; I don’t put too much faith in the congress’s common sense or decision making either. Their track record speaks for itself.
