Question: Did ABC News order their on-air personnel not to wear American flag lapel pins or red, white, and blue ribbons?

Answer: Yes; No Flags Please, We’re American Claim: After the 9/11 terrorist attacks, ABC forbade on-air reporters from wearing American flag lapel pins or red.

I say that ABC should be boycotted by every real AMERICAN viewer in the country.

The brass at ABC News issued orders forbidding reporters to wear a lapel pin American flags or other patriotic insignia. Their reasoning was that ABC should be neutral in their broadcasting.

I would like to call all of the brass that work at ABC who had a hand in this ruling a disgrace to the American patriotism.

If a person or company cannot be proud of who they are and where they come from they absolutely have another option at their disposal; leave. These are the same people that have become very successful due to the “American way”; now they are ashamed that they are American citizens.

All of the anti-American big wigs at ABC should charter a ship with a hole in the bow, buy a one way ticket to Iran or North Korea, renounce their citizenship and try to pull the same opposing shenanigans there; then possibly they would appreciate what they have and what their flag stands for.

Due to the fact that ABC has been on a downward slide recently, their honcho’s  are drawing straws anyway they can to rejuvenate their popularity. I have a clue for these boys and girls; denouncing or not acknowledging your country is not the way to go about it.
