Talk about poor sportsmanship!!!

Sao Paulo, Brazil (CNN) When — João Rodrigo Silva Santos didn’t come home Monday night his wife became very concerned.

The next morning when she opened the door to go to work she found more than the morning paper laying in her doorway.

What she found was her husbands severed head in a paper bag on their front step . His eyes were gouged out and his tongue was cut off.

This type of maniacal behavior has become common among the Brazilian soccer fans.
Recently a player killed and dismembered a ref after a bad call in a game.

With the world cup coming to Brazil in 2014 the country announced it was investing $900 million dollars into its security budget to insure the safety of the fans attending the games.

There has to be something more to it than just a bad call. I think it is a behavioral pattern these fans have developed and they feed off of each-others madness.

Personally I can’t see why anyone would attend the games.
