Oprah: Old Racists ‘Just Have To Die’ To Further Racial Progress:

I whole-heatedly agree with the First lady of TV but as they say in DC ” it has to happen on both sides of the isle”.

It has been my observation through the years that SOME people in the black community are a hell of a lot more prejudice than a lot of white people are. It has to be a combined effort to make it work or wait until there is so much intermingling that there will only be one race between the two.

Oprah did not hold back when talking about race in an interview with the BBC on Friday when she was promote “The Butler”.

I saw the Butler it is a very good movie. Forest Whittaker should be up for an Emmey for his performance.

Oprah: “There are still generations of people, older people, who were born and bred and marinated in it, in that prejudice and racism, and they just have to die,” she said.

It would benefit all the people in the world if they began respecting others for who they are and live and let live. It cannot be a one way street.
