Obama To Speak On Income Inequality:

WASHINGTON (AP) — Amid public doubts over his stewardship of the economy, President Barack Obama is putting a renewed focus on the income gap between rich and poor as he pushes for short-term congressional action and begins setting the domestic agenda for the remainder of his presidency.

Since Mr. Obama has opened a can of worms I would say he should take a better look at some of the politicians in DC and the financial disparity between them and the average citizen. I would conclude that the politicians certainly were not paid for their on the job performance, if that were the case they would have to pay the government.

Capitalism is what made the USA so strong  a few years ago, through taking a chance, hard work, dedication to the job and perseverance; something very few Americans know anything about today. It wasn’t by paying 30% of the population to stay at home and drain the government. The sad part about that is that our president concurs with it.

If Mr. Obama wants to close the gap between those that “have it” and these “that don’t”, he must be implying that the rich have to give more to the poor and the freeloaders.

This is one of, if not the main reason he got elected the second time because of all of the people on social welfare programs that voted for him who don’t want to get off of the free merry go-round ride. .

I have a suggestion for the president. Instead of this repetitive politicking, create some jobs and put these professional welfare collectors to work.  “Give a man some fish he eats for a day, give a man a fishing rod and he eats for life”. How prophetic is that when it was written?

I am sure there are many people that are in real need of financial help but that percentage has to be no more than 5 -15% of those collecting.

So Mr. O, when you are looking for handouts you don’t have to look too far; just open the doors for Congress and ring a bell like the Salvation Army guys does. I bet your kettle will be empty when you close up shop that night.
