Double headlines:
Like the old Japanese dance went where the partners took 1 step forward and 2 steps back; as goes the USA’s government.
A: US adds 203,000 jobs in Nov., unemployment falls to 7 percent; supposedly good news.
B: HIDDEN TAX: Red tape tab nears $2T: very bad news.
A: US jobs added: According to the statistics the unemployment jobless rate fell to 7%; that should be good news but to put a damper on that good news comes part B
B: HIDDEN TAX: On the other hand there seems to be some hidden clauses and red tape tucked away in the government’s new regulatory agenda that is estimated to cost more than $1.8T, causing concern that the new rules will hinder the economy as the burden of costs likely to cause higher prices for consumers.
What’s new; we all know what slides down hill and the consumer is always on the bottom getting buried in the stinky stuff.
If the politicians were just up-front with the American people on all issues instead of trying to bull-shit them all the time I think it would take a lot less effort and money.
Remember what I said many time about the classes that the politicians have to take before they qualify for office
Years back we were dealing with the “M” word and that was a very big thing – as things progressed upward we started dealing with the “B” word and now that everything on this planet is completely out of control we are dealing with the “T” word. Where is it going to end??
Most of the time I think the politicians think they are playing with Monopoly Money because they surly do not have any respect for the real thing.
