GREAT FALLS, Mont. — A teenager who pleaded guilty to raping an 11-year-old girl as she walked home from school last year was sentenced to 75 years in the Montana State Prison.

Not that the kid doesn’t deserve to serve day he was given for rape but look at the comparison between this case and the brat that killed 4 people who got 10 years probation.

It all depends on who your daddy is.

(CNN) — To families of the victims, Ethan Couch was a killer on the road, a drunken teenage driver who caused a crash that left four people dead.

A normal everyday slob citizen that doesn’t have a rich daddy get a stiffer sentence for smoking dope.

To the defense, the youth is himself a victim — of “affuenza,” according to one psychologist — the product of wealthy, privileged parents who never set limits for the boy. Another words he is a spoiled brat that got everything he ever wanted.

This can be an example to some of the other affluent parents out there that let Junior or Janie run wild without and boundaries.  The ending is not always a happy ending.

If his filthy rich parents’ think that they are doing is kid a favor by using their wealth to influence the judge, they are sorely mistaken. This brat will definitely get himself into another jackpot before this 10 year probation/vacation is up. He should have  been locked up for a period of time with some hardened thugs his age that kicked his ass 6 times  a day, so he would maybe understand that prison is not where he wants to be.  Sometime it is a rough way to learn but the only way.

When junior grows up, if he ever does, he is going to do the same with his kids as daddy is doing for him turning them into spoiled brats, buying their way in and out of life.

To a judge, who sentenced Couch to 10 years’ probation but no jail time, he’s a defendant in need of treatment.

“Let’s face it … There needs to be some justice here,” Eric Boyles, who lost his wife and daughter, told CNN’s Anderson Cooper 360 on Wednesday night. “For 25 weeks, I’ve been going through a healing process. And so when the verdict came out, I mean, my immediate reaction is — I’m back to Week 1. We have accomplished nothing here. My healing process is out the window,” he said.

“There are absolutely no consequences for what occurred that day,” said Boyles. “The primary message has to absolutely be that money and privilege can’t buy justice in this country.”

Judge Jean Boyd told the court she would not release Couch to his parents, but would work to find the teen a long-term treatment facility. I wonder where “her honor” designated for her drop off point?

We can put this into simple laymens terms “money talks and shit walks”. That has been the American way for years and will never change.
