He forgot to remember

The absent minded delivery man forgot to remember:

Mega Millions Winner of $324M Jackpot Forgot He Bought a Ticket.

Steve Tran, a delivery driver from Sacramento, Calif., half of the winner of the second-biggest lottery jackpot in history forgot he had even played and said he left the $324 million winning ticket sitting on top of dresser for weeks before checking the numbers.

“Everybody was anxious, looking for the person,” Tran said and remembered thinking that the winner “must be a lucky man.”

Approximately 800 million dollars go unclaimed every year because of someone like the “Absent Minded Delivery Man” and other people that throw the tickets in the trash, leave them in clothing and run them through a wash cycle or completely forget about the tickets and the cash in time expires.

The lottery commissions sure loves people like that. All of that left over cash goes into a “general fund” and we all know what that means.

I bet Stanley just found out that he has about 6,000 cousins he never knew.

Change your phone number and move out of town Stan.
