Christie fires aide, apologizes for traffic jams:

Christie is supposed to be one of the front runners for the 2016 presidential election and has to learn live by the old saying Harry Truman used to say “the buck stops here”.

For him to say that “no knowledge or involvement in this issue, in its planning or execution”, I don’t fully believe him. If in fact he didn’t know, he should have.

TRENTON, N.J. (AP) — Gov. Chris Christie on Thursday apologized to his constituents and said he was “embarrassed and humiliated” by his staff but had no idea his aides may have closed highway lanes to exact political retribution.
He also said he had “no knowledge or involvement in this issue, in its planning or execution” and was stunned by the “abject stupidity that was shown.” Nevertheless, he said, he was responsible for what happened.

When a person is the governor of a state it is a enormous responsibility but when they are the president of the USA they have 50 times the responsibilities and headaches.

Chris buddy; just say it was your fault, you knew about it and march on. The little fib you are tell is very minute in comparison to the whoppers they tell in DC.

I will give Chris an 90% for his honesty, which is about 78% more than I would give the politicians in DC / AKA (Disgraceful Congress).

I noticed that he say that he got the call about the fiasco after his morning workout. It is commendable that he is taking control of his health.

Keep it up Chris, you look a lot better. It would be nice to see an Italian in the White House even if he is only half. That will be ANOTHER FIRST!!!

There is one of many problems I see in Christie getting the “nod” in 2016. The general public are petrified of such opinionated and strong willed people but that is just what the USA needs as long as they use a lot of commonsense in their decision making.
