Phillie ticket writers get the award for the decade

The Phillies’ ticket writers are getting and award for being the most astute and observant ticket writers on the planet.

They continually wrote tickets for this illegally parked car for a week and piled them on the windshield; all the while there was a dead women that has been missing for a week sitting behind the wheel. HELLOOOOOOOOOOO guys.

I bet if it was a jelly filled donut they would have noticed it.

I wonder if it every dawned on  anyone that saw the lady sitting there to see if she was alright?
