Lawyer: General accused of sex crimes to plead to some of the lesser charges:

This is one bad Dude with a lot authority and some stars on his shoulders to help him intimidate his victims. He most assuredly was double trouble.

CNN) — Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Sinclair — once one of the U.S. Army’s top commanders in Afghanistan and accused of “sodomy … by force” and other military crimes — is to set to plead guilty Thursday to some charges but not the most serious levied against him, his lawyer said.

The charges include “wrongfully engaging in inappropriate relationships” with three women soldiers from 2009 to 2012 overseas in Iraq, Afghanistan and Germany as well as domestically at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and Fort Hood, Texas.

The horney bastard was getting away with it for quite sometime before someone had the nerve to slam the door on his pecker.

The soon to be PFC (privater first class) also admit to having possessed “pornographic and sexually explicit photographs and movies,” having “sexually explicit communications with a female Army captain, and trying “to engage in an inappropriate relationship” with another woman.

“Sinclair will plead guilty to impeding the investigation into his deleting nude photographs and an e-mail account”, his lawyer said. Big deal, he is pleading guilty to deleting messages.

Now that is a good ambulance chaser. I better get his number if I ever get pulled over for not wearing a seat belt.

Here is where the Army is letting this horney bastard with stars on his shoulders off the hook. If court-martial panel buys the ambulance chasers strategy, Sinclair will not be compelled to admit his guilt to the most serious accusations against him, including the sodomy charge and that he threatened “to kill one of his female soldiers and her family if she told anyone about their relationship, or words to that effect.” These are the most serious charges of the lot and he should be held accountable for his actions.

Sinclair used his rank and authority to coerce and compel women under his command to maintain a sexual relationship with him.

Is it the case that these sick tendencies emerged from the general because of combat related stress or was he always an over-sexed scumbag, bully that flew under the radar?

Whatever the case may be he certainly has to be held accountable for all of his demented actions. Hopefully the Army will come down on him hard.

I would definitely like to see him held accountable for the sodomy and threatening to kill one of the ladies charges.

People that haven’t served in the military do not understand the “power and intimidation” of a person’s rank especially when they get into the rank of a generals level. Their word is law.
