Boston Marathon bombing suspect seeks dismissal of some charges:
Someone should take these ambulance chasers to the wood shed and give them an attitude adjustment.
BOSTON – Lawyers for Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev will argue for dismissal of some of the charges against him during a court hearing a day after the anniversary of the deadly blasts.
In one of the most brazen and bold crimes ever committed on USA’s soil, against the American people, the ambulance chasers for Tsarnaev who he and his dead brother killed three people and injured more than 260 want some of the charges thrown out.
U.S. District Judge George O’Toole Jr. said in an electronic notice Wednesday that a hearing on those requests will be held on April 16. The judge should not even give them the respect of considering their request.
Naturally under the advice of his ambulance chasers the younger terrorist Tsarnaev has pleaded not guilty to a 30-count indictment. His ambulance chasers claim that “many of the charges are redundant and could prejudice jurors against him while they are weighing whether to find him guilty and, if convicted, whether to sentence him to death.” More than half the charges carry the possibility of the death penalty. It will be too bad they can’t kill this guy once for each of the offenses.
How about the enormity of killing and injuring all of those people; should that have any bearing on the matter? In the opinion of these ambulance chasers only a part of the people that were injured or killed matter. I wouldn’t expect any different from them.
This case out of the millions that have been brought to trial in this country, I would think that the courts would be hard pressed to find someone to defend this “piece of work”.
There is no shortage of them standing in line wanting to make a name for themselves.
